IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE WILL BE INTOUCH DURING THE WEEK LEADING UP TO THE HIRE TO DISCUSS THIS AND IF WE DO HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING DUE TO WEATHER ISSUES, WE CAN EITHER RE ARRANGE FOR ANOTHER DATE OR REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT BACK TO YOU
